Recently, Zhuo Yuan VR, a Guangzhou VR hardware manufacturer, announced that they would spend tens of thousands to complete a merger and acquisition deal with Jiangsu Goway Technology. And Zhuo Yuan will integrate Goway as Zhuo Yuan's Marketing Division for East China which is set to realize the integrated marketing of R&D of innovation, display of new products and channels of marketing. Though Zhuo Yuan now has over 3,000 land-based VR experience centers in over 50 plus countries spanning 5 continents, the company increases by over 200 VR experience centers every month. And by September 2016, the turnover of Zhuo Yuan·HuanYingXingKong surpassed that for the whole year of 2015. It is obvious that their capacity to apply VR is so strong that they get much attention from the VR field.
In the hope of realizing an integrated operation, Zhuo Yuan will spend tens of thousands to complete mergers and acquisition deal with Jiangsu Goway Technology.
In addition, professionals have pointed out that a merger and acquisition deal with Goway means a lot to Zhuo Yuan. On the one hand, after the acquisition of the headquarters of Goway Technology, Goway will be turned into Zhuo Yuan Marketing Division for East China and Zhuo Yuan will take over the resources of Goway in East China. On the other hand, as Goway has years of experience on the stage design and strong capacity for development and design for film props, shortages like out-looking and ergonomic design that are shown in the VR industry can be improved, help Zhuo Yuan make a good design for their new products and enrich and improve the existing product lines of Zhuo Yuan.
