The IAAPA Press Office team was there to help exhibitors make their news matter, maximize their company's media coverage, and create buzz before, during, and after IAAPA Attractions Expo 2016. A few weeks ago exhibitors received an email from the IAAPA Press Office on how to best maximize their media exposure at IAAPA Attractions Expo 2016 and key deadlines. As a follow up reminder, Sept. 1 marked the first deadline. Here were a few simple ways to ensure the company was getting the exposure it deserved:
1. Schedule and host an IAAPA Attractions Expo press conference—Deadline was Sept. 1.
2. Be included in IAAPA's "What's New on the Trade Show Floor" press release and webpage—Deadline was Sept. 1.
3. Submit a 30-second video promoting products to the media and Expo attendees—Deadline was Sept. 1.
4. Upload press releases to exhibitor’s a2z Digital Booth Profile and the IAAPA Online Press Room.
5. Request and utilize the IAAPA Attractions Expo pre-registered media list, available Oct. 1.
6. Format and write media advisories and press releases
7. Build and maintain relationships with journalists ... and more!
Participating in any or all of these initiatives can help companies make a splash at the global attractions industry's largest event. IAAPA Attractions Expo attracts more than 250 influential consumer and trade media and more than 30,000 attractions industry professionals from all over the world, making it the largest global stage in the attractions business.
