Approximately two-thirds of the new 41,000sq.ft complex is dedicated to gaming and attractions, provided by Player One Amusement Group, with nearly 100 video games. Guests can earn credits on RFID wristbands, then visit the Swag store and choose a reward from a selection of prizes including board games, plush toys, drones and GoPro cameras. Esports is catered for in a VRcade arena, while further VR experiences can be had in the VRcade Atom pod.P1AG has partnered with Playdium, from initial planning and game room layout, to delivery and installation of the arcade and virtual reality games, to set-up of the RFID credit wristbands. The distributor also provided consultation and design input for the Swag store and merchandise selection, as well as on going support for the merchandise and game mix. In addition to Brampton, parent company Cineplex has announced upcoming locations in Whitby, Ontario, in 2019 and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, in 2020.
