Situated in Houli District, Taichung, central Taiwan, Lihpao Land is set in an exceptionally convenient location. In recent years, the theme park has endeavored to transform and has cooperated with the chief producer Shohei Fukui of the World Exposition, Aichi, Japan as well as top Japanese investment promotion teams like BAC, PROD and RIC Design to jointly devise the first of its kind super rest area, “Road Station”. Expected to go into operation in mid January 2017, “Road Station” will provide diverse services and enable passers-by to rest, walk around, dine and shop. To draw customers it will accommodate 50 specialty stores and combine various attractions including Taichung’s special local products, the central Taiwan Farmers Market, weekend performances and activities and the Japanese technology-based 4D theater. In addition, Lihpao Group has poured big money, as much as NT$10 billion, into building Taiwan’s largest Lihpao Dual Water and Land Park, the Fullon Hotel, Super Ferris Wheel, the Lihpao Outlet Mall, and the F3 International-class Race Track. Lihpao Land has completely transformed and gradually achieved the goal of creating Taiwan’s first “Lihpao Land Resort”. Starting from the end of the year, its brand new facilities will go into trial operation one after another! According to Lihpao Land’s estimation, driven by the added synergy created from the integrated entertainment theme park, Outlet Mall, Ferris Wheel and the hotel, the total visitor attendance for 2017 would surpass 8 million and hopefully generate more than NT$6 billion in total revenue.
