| Evergrande Group invested in Nantong to start a culture and tourism project |

The culture and tourism project of Evergrande Group integrating an ocean park and water park, is now smoothly on track. The construction will be started in Qidong, Nantong municipality, Jiangsu Province in May this year and be completed in 2020 under the plan. According to the report, the cooperation agreement between Qidong and Evergrande Group was signed in Nanjing on December 30 last year.
Evergrande Group will build the biggest ocean theme park in the Yangtze River Delta.
The total project budget is expected to reach about 40 billion RMB while the theme park will cost 20 billion RMB. Evergrande Group plans to build the biggest ocean theme park with over 1,333,333 sq. meters located in Qidong of Yangtze River Delta, which will include 10 theme halls such as ocean world, dolphin hall, sea lion hall, and water world. The water world will be equipped with 4 theme areas consisting the exciting slide area in snow mountain, a seaquake area, and others. Moreover, the park will provide hundreds of large margin lives with visitors. (No. 152GTI/April 2017)
